ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LANDSCAPE DESIGN - Montana State University

Instructional responsibilities will include courses in site engineering, planting design, landscape construction, and advanced landscape design with design/build being the emphasis. The successful candidate will advise students in academic and research/creative activities that relate to landscape design. Also, s/he will be expected to remain current in the profession by collaborating with faculty in research and teaching and engaging in research/creative activity and professional development. S/he will develop expertise in the area of landscape and environmental design relevant to Montana issues.

This tenure-track position carries the additional requirement that the successful candidate will develop a focused research program/creative activity directed at solving problems related to the landscape industry. This individual will be required to publish original research and/or exhibit the results from creative activities.
