Established in 1903, the American Society for Horticultural Science (ASHS) is an agent for the promotion of horticultural science. The ASHS Annual Conference is a unique forum specifically designed for horticultural scientists. We anticipate over 1000 attendees at this year’s conference.

The conference allows for an intense interchange of scientific information through intensive colloquia, technical sessions, workshops, oral presentations as well as poster presentations.

The average conference attendee has more than 16 years of experience in the field.

Attendees include public and private sector horticulture professionals engaged in teaching, research, extension, and industry.

Exhibitors receive:

• Two booth personnel passes per each booth space. This does not include Conference registration.
• A complimentary listing with a brief description of your organization in the official Conference Program.
• A complete list of attendees following the conference.

Exhibitor's Schedule:

• Move-in = Sunday, July 21, 2:00–5:00 pm
• Move-out = Wednesday, July 24, 2:30–5:00 pm*

*All exhibitor materials must be removed by 5:00 pm. If your freight remains on the exhibit floor at this time it will be going out via the official carrier at your expense. If you require assistance with your outbound shipment(s), please visit the Exhibitor Service Desk during the Service Desk Hours and not during dismantle.

Official Show Hours:

• Monday, July 22 = 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Tuesday, July 23 = 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Wednesday, July 24 = 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
